Delete your Nurab account

In the app (instant)

1. Open Nurab and go to the Settings tab.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email nurab.app@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Nurab account" and the mobile number on your account. We'll confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in and profile: name, gender, mobile number and city.
• Your votes, reports, timing suggestions and requests to manage a mosque.
• The record of your board and dua scans.

What stays, no longer linked to you

• Mosques, mosque names, jamaat timings and approved mosque photos you added. Other people rely on them, so they stay in the app without your name or number.

On your phone

Your namaz tracker, tasbih counts and saved duas live only on your phone. Uninstalling the app removes them.
